Modern Law for Modern Women was established by Moster Craft, P.C. in 2019. Within this division, we choose to meet women where they are in life because we believe that every attorney deserves a place where she can tailor her workspace, structure, client load, and compensation without sacrificing her personal life, family, or ability to make partner. At ML|MW, we value the quality and creativity of work provided to the client over mindlessly churning out billable hours. We value a woman’s decision to have it all, and her decision to take the initiative to design what that looks like for her.
