Charles A. Moster

Charles A. Moster holds a bachelor's degree from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., a master's degree in political science from San Diego State University, and a law degree from Temple University School of Law of Philadelphia. Charles has been conferred the “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest level of achievement granted to attorneys nationwide for legal excellence and the highest ethical standards of practice.
Charles experience over 33 years as an AV rated lawyer is multifaceted. He commenced his practice as a business and litigation attorney for the U.S. Department of Commerce during the Reagan and Bush administrations focusing on industrial projects in excess of $1 Billion. Charles later joined the Washington, D.C. law firm of Deckelbaum & Ogens in 1990 after leaving the U.S. Department of Commerce and became a Partner at Deckelbaum & Ogens where they concentrated on commercial litigation and business law. He co-founded the Austin based law firm of Moster Wynne in 1996 (now RWR Legal) before founding The Moster Law Firm, P.C. in 2010. What started as a small solo practice in Lubbock, Texas quickly grew to add offices in Midland/Odessa, Amarillo, Abilene, Georgetown, and, now, ML|MW, the new women's initiative firm department in Houston, Texas.
Charles has represented oil and gas companies in diversified areas from production to distribution and other related services. He also practices in the areas of intellectual property/technology law, commercial litigation, appellate practice, and entertainment law. Outside of practice, Charles has authored several books in the areas of computer science, philosophy/theology, political science, and corporate law. Most recently, he has taken a sabbatical from the world of writing to spend time with his family and perfect his coding skills as a Python Programmer.
